Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and execute ATL/BTL campaigns and activations, ensuring brand objectives are met with precision and creativity
  • Handle end-to-end delivery of Events, Expos, and Exhibitions, coordinating all stakeholders from brief to post-event closure
  • Oversee Stall Fabrication and Booth setups, working closely with design and production teams to deliver on-brand, on-time builds
  • Plan and execute Weddings, Ceremonies, and Live Entertainment projects, managing client expectations and vendor ecosystems seamlessly
  • Drive Conference, AGM, and Corporate Event mandates with strong process control, timely communication, and flawless execution
  • Lead Business Development efforts through cold calling, lead generation, and proactive outreach to build a strong prospect pipeline
  • Focus on Client Conversion and Client Retention, nurturing relationships from first pitch through to repeat business
  • Manage Key Accounts with a strategic mindset, ensuring high satisfaction, upsell opportunities, and long-term engagement
  • Own Revenue Generation targets, tracking pipeline health and closing deals in line with monthly and quarterly goals
  • Maintain thorough Documentation Control proposals, contracts, briefs, post-event reports, and client correspondence
