Warranty Disclaimer/Limitation Of Liability
" P&I does not accept any responsibility for any loss or damage caused directly or indirectly due to the decline of authorization for any Transaction, in case the Cardholder exceeds the present limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time"
Sales Taxes
Pavilion and Interiors shows final price to the customer. Seller or party selling goods on our website must pay sales taxes in their own state as per product VAT Applicable.
Transit Loss
The risk of loss and title for items purchased by you pass on to you upon Spark Minda Pvt. Ltd’s delivery of the items to the carrier pursuant to Spark Minda Pvt. Ltd’s standard terms of sale.
Access to Website
Pavilion and Interiors does not accept responsibility for any interruption or delay caused in access to the website regardless of any reason whatsoever.
