Purpose & Scope
This Refund & Cancellation Policy governs cancellations, transfers, refunds and credits for event rentals, bookings and related services provided by Pavilions and Interiors India Pvt. Ltd. (“Company”, “we”, “us”). It applies to all customers, attendees and purchasers of our events and services unless a specific event page or written agreement states otherwise
Definitions
Please note that all event rentals and services are non-refundable. Once you have successfully registered or purchased a rentals or services for an event, we are unable to provide a refund if you choose to cancel. This policy applies to all events hosted or managed by Pavilions and Interiors India Pvt Ltd.
No-Refund / No-Cancellation (Default Rule)
Unless an event’s page or a written agreement expressly provides otherwise, all sales are final. Orders for rentals or services are non-refundable and non-cancellable once payment is confirmed. Registrations are non-transferable except where permitted in writing by the Company.
Exceptions & Event-Specific Terms
If an event page or written agreement specifies a different cancellation or refund policy, that event-specific policy governs that booking. Any such exception must be clearly displayed on the event page or recorded in writing (email/contract).
Permitted Cancellations (When Allowed)
For events that expressly permit cancellations:
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to orders@pavilionsinteriors.com.
Cancellation Request Deadline: requests must be made within 30 days of the original registration/payment date/ unless the event page specifies otherwise.
No cancellations will be accepted within 45 days of the scheduled event date, unless otherwise stated on the event page.
A cancellation fee may apply as specified on the event page or booking confirmation.
Failure to Avail Services
Failure to attend an event for any reason (travel delays, personal illness, weather, visa issues, etc.) does not entitle you to a refund, credit, or transfer unless the event page or a written agreement provides otherwise..
Transfers
Registrations and purchases are non-transferable except where we expressly permit transfer in writing. If transfers are permitted, additional administrative fees may apply.
Digital Goods & Services
Digital products (recordings, downloadable materials, licences) are non-refundable unless otherwise stated on the product page or a written agreement.
Postponement & Rescheduling by Company
If we postpone an event, your registration/payment will remain valid for the rescheduled date. If you cannot attend the rescheduled date:
We will provide a refund only if the event page or written communication expressly promises refunds for postponement; otherwise, the registration will remain valid for the rescheduled date or any alternatives offered by us.
When refunds are promised following postponement, refunds will be issued via the Original Payment Method within 7–10 business days of your refund request being accepted.

Email: support@pavilionsinteriors.com with subject line: Cancellation/Refund Request — [Order/Registration ID].
Include: order number, registered name, original payment method, booking date and reason for request.
We will acknowledge receipt within 3 business days and respond with next steps.
Refund Processing
When a refund is approved, we will process it to the Original Payment Method/Method mutually agreed.
Refunds typically take 7–10 business days to reflect in your account, though actual timing depends on the payment provider or bank.
Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure to perform if such failure results from acts beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, strikes, terrorism, war, or other unforeseeable events. In such cases we will, at our discretion, offer a rescheduled date, credit, or refund as appropriate and as stated on the event page or in communications.
Fees, Taxes & Deductions
All applicable taxes, payment gateway charges and bank fees may be retained or deducted in the refund amount as required by law or by the payment provider’s policy.
Disputes & Governing Law
This Policy is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi
Changes to this Policy
We may modify this Policy at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website with the Effective Date. Your continued purchase or participation after posting constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
