In case of a personal data breach (i.e. unauthorized access, disclosure, loss etc.), we will notify the affected data principals and the Data Protection Board in accordance with DPDP Act / Rules, as required.

  • We will appoint a Grievance Officer / Contact Person responsible for addressing privacy queries, complaints, requests for exercise of rights.

  • We may update this policy from time to time, especially when laws / rules change.
