Designer - Museum & Interior

Key Responsibilities:

• Design museums, experience centers, exhibitions, and immersive environments
• Transform content and narratives into engaging visitor experiences through spatial, graphic, and interactive design
• Develop layouts, visitor journeys, exhibit zoning, and interactive concepts
• Create presentations, storyboards, visualizations, and design proposals
• Design exhibit graphics, wayfinding systems, and interpretive elements
• Collaborate with content teams, architects, technologists, fabricators, and project managers
• Prepare design documentation and support project execution

Qualifications & Education Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Visual Communication, Exhibition Design, Spatial Design, Experience Design, or related fields
• 8–10 years of relevant experience
• Strong portfolio demonstrating spatial design, storytelling, and visual communication
• Proficiency in one 3D software, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
• Understanding of visitor experience design and content interpretation

Attention to Detail & Preferred Skills:

• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet project deadlines
• Good communication, presentation, and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and within multidisciplinary teams
• Knowledge of Figma, Blender, 3ds Max is preferred
• Understanding of UI/UX, interactive exhibits, immersive technologies, and fabrication processes

Additional Notes:

• Portfolio is mandatory
• Strong design thinking, storytelling, and problem-solving skills are essential
• Experience in museums, experience centres, exhibitions, or immersive environments is preferred
